Privacy policy

This site collects very little. This page explains what, why, and how to ask about it.

Updated 27 October 2026.

1. Who is responsible

The operator of Fluorescent Eminence, at 1-18-3 Midoricho, Noshiro, Akita 016-0851, Japan, is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact: info@fluorescenteminence.com, +81 185-23-1097. The operator is not named on the site; the legal name can be requested by email.

2. What the site itself collects

The pages are static. They contain no forms, no accounts and no sign-up. The site sets no cookies, uses no local storage, loads no analytics or advertising tags, and loads no scripts, fonts or images from other companies. Links to official sites open those sites only when you click them, and what they do is governed by their own policies.

Like most web servers, the server that delivers the pages may keep ordinary access logs (the time of a request, the page requested, an IP address and a browser identifier). The logs are used to keep the site running and to look into faults or abuse. They are not used to profile readers.

3. Information you send by email or phone

If you write or call, the operator receives your email address or number, your name if you give it, and the content of your message. That is the only personal information the operator is likely to hold.

4. Why it is used

  • to read and answer your message;
  • to correct a page when you report an error;
  • to handle a request about your own information;
  • to meet a legal obligation, if one arises.

It is not used for marketing, and it is not added to a mailing list. The site has no newsletter.

5. Sharing and entrusting

Your details are not sold and are not provided to third parties, except where the law requires it. Email passes through the mail service the operator uses, which handles it only to deliver and store the message. The operator does not transfer your information abroad on purpose; if the mail provider stores data outside Japan, that is a feature of the service and not a separate disclosure.

6. Safety and retention

Messages are kept only as long as needed to answer them and to keep a record of corrections. They are then deleted. The operator takes reasonable measures to prevent loss or unauthorised access, such as password-protected accounts, but cannot promise that email transport is perfectly secure, so please do not send identity documents, account numbers or passwords.

7. Your rights

Under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) you may ask the operator to disclose, correct, stop using or delete personal information held about you. Write to info@fluorescenteminence.com. The operator may ask you to confirm that you are the sender before responding.

8. Complaints

If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Personal Information Protection Commission (個人情報保護委員会); its link is on the sources page.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

None are used. There is no consent banner on the site because there is nothing to consent to: the pages do not store anything in your browser and do not call out to advertising, analytics, map, video or social-media services. If that ever changes, a banner and a description will be added before the change goes live, not after.

10. Children

The guides are written for adults. The site does not knowingly collect information from children. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent a message, they may ask for it to be deleted using the contact details above.

11. Phone calls

If you phone the number on the contact page, the operator may write down your name, number and the reason for the call in order to answer or call back. Those notes are treated like an email: kept only while they are needed, then deleted. Calls are not recorded.

12. What the operator does not hold

Because the site has no accounts, no payment and no sign-up, the operator holds no financial details, no identity documents and no profile of any reader. The guides on identity checks and risky offers describe how other organisations handle that kind of data; they do not mean this site collects it. If a message claiming to come from this site asks you for a password, a card number or an identity document, it did not come from the operator.

13. Changes to this policy

If the site starts to use cookies, analytics or forms, this page will be changed first and the date above updated. Earlier wording is not kept online, but you may ask the operator what a previous version said.
